Event Assistant

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations throughout the Phoenix area.

The Event Assistant will work closely with our event and marketing teams to assist with day-to-day event operations, guest engagement, event materials, and on-site coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building professional experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of live events, promotional events, and brand activations
• Support event setup and breakdown, including displays, signage, and promotional materials
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Answer questions and provide information about featured products, services, or campaigns
• Assist Event Coordinators with on-site logistics and event organization
• Monitor event areas to ensure materials and displays remain organized and presentable
• Coordinate with team members to help events stay on schedule
• Support promotional activities and attendee engagement
• Gather customer feedback and event information as needed
• Maintain and organize event materials and supplies
• Assist with additional event-related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus
• Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend events
• Ability to lift and move event materials up to 25 lbs.
