Job Description

As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and related activities. You will work closely with the events team to ensure each event is organized efficiently, runs smoothly, and provides a professional experience for attendees.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of events from setup through completion

• Support event logistics, materials, schedules, and on-site organization

• Welcome and assist guests, attendees, and event participants

• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment

• Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities remain on schedule

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and presentation of materials

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the events team

• Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and attendees when necessary

• Help identify and resolve minor event-related issues as they arise

• Maintain accurate event information, materials, and internal documentation
