Job Description

Position overview:  This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports entertainment-focused promotions, events, audience engagement, and marketing logistics. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

What makes this different
This is an active, on-site role rather than a remote or behind-the-scenes position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Key areas of ownership

· Assist with live entertainment promotions and activations

· Engage guests, fans, attendees, and partners onsite

· Coordinate materials, schedules, and event support

· Help capture audience feedback and campaign results

We’re looking for someone who brings: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
