HR Assistant – Entry Level

TESIM Electric is looking for an organized, dependable team member to support HR operations, onboarding coordination, employee records, and internal communication. What you will do
• Help organize onboarding documents and employee files.
• Support HR scheduling, data entry, and routine team communication.
• Assist with people operations projects and a positive employee experience.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and professional communication.
• Comfort with email, calendars, and basic office software.
