Recruiting Assistant – Entry Level

TESIM Electric is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to help grow teams supporting high-impact electrical construction work. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping people move through a great candidate experience.

What you will do
• Support job posting, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and recruiting communications.
• Keep candidate records organized and up to date in our hiring system.
• Help coordinate onboarding documents and recruiting events.
• Work closely with the HR and recruiting team on fast-moving hiring priorities.

What you bring
• High school diploma or GED required. College coursework is a plus.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and professional communication.
• Comfort with email, calendars, and basic office software.
• A positive, dependable approach and interest in building a career in people operations.
